Find a facility by City Name using Facility Search
Searching for a facility using the City Name works the same way
as the search by Facility Name.

Select Facility Type (Hospital or ASC or Both) at the top of
the Facility Search page.

Enter all or part of the City Name.

Select either City contains this text or begins with this
text just below the City Name field.

Click Search.
